Deactivate Account

Follow these steps to deactivate your account on Panoee:

1. Log in to your Panoee account.
2. From the Dashboard, click on your profile icon in the top right corner.
3. Select "Profile" from the dropdown menu.
   
4. Scroll down to the bottom of the Profile page.
5. Look for the "Deactivate Account" button in red at the bottom right corner of the page.
6. Click on the "Deactivate Account" button.
7. A confirmation dialog will appear. Read the information carefully about what deactivation means for your account and data.
8. If you're sure you want to proceed, click the final "Deactivate" button.
9. Your account will be deactivated, and you'll be logged out.

Important Notes:

• Deactivation is not the same as deletion. Your data may be retained for a period of time.
• Deactivating your account will make your virtual tours inaccessible to viewers.
• Consider downloading any important data or virtual tours before deactivating.
